Jordan and Libya settled for a 1-1 draw in a friendly match that was held at the King Abdullah II Stadium in Amman, on Tuesday, December 25. The match was held in preparation for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup, under the charge of head coach Jamal Abu Abed, who has been officially appointed to lead the Nashama’s upcoming Asian Cup campaign. Jordan took the lead through Mousa Al Ta’mari in the 52nd minute, only for Faisal Al Badri to equalize for Libya from the penalty spot 15 minutes before the end of the game. The National Team resumes preparations in the new year with a training camp at the United Arab Emirates, as they will play two friendly intenrationals in Abu Dhabi against Finland and Denmark on January 11th and 15th.
